	Urgent News Zero to Ten The new program starts on Sunday 19 October at 08h00 at the Huia Pool. If you are interested please contact James Disney on 021 379 149, or email president@hvmc.org.nz. Lots happening over the next few weeks: Creche Winter is over, so we anticipate seeing more of everyone on Sunday mornings. The creche is back to normal, and will be operating every Sunday. To ensure that things run smoothly we would appreciate it though if you could please notify Elaine on 565 1315 after hours.
	Bushwhackers Watch the website for details with regard to the runs organized by the Bushwhackers. The first run is being planned to coincide with the advent of spring. The club will arrange an off-road run somewhere in the general Hutt area once a month. The details of which will be communicated on our calendar and at Sunday runs. If you are interested please contact Vaughan, James, Derek [Richardson] or Eddie [Meijer].
	Rotorua 2009 The 45th running of this event will be in May 2009. We are arranging accommodation for about 50 people as we would like as many club members as possible to go. Vaughan will be opening a register where all members keen on giving it a go can record their interest. It will then start a fun way of training for the event. We are also thinking of getting special T-shirts made and posting the register on our website. Once a month we can update the register with the progress made in training for the race.
