Picking up your Race Pack and Merchandise
All entrants must collect their Race Packs from Race HQ on Saturday 24 November between 12:30pm and 4:30pm.
If you are from out of town you can collect your Race Pack before 8am on Race Day.
Your Race Pack will contain your race number and timing chip.
Merchandise will be available for collection at registration on race weekend.
Early Bird Discount
Register before 31 July to save $5 off all events (except Cook Kids Kilometre).
Late Fee
A late fee of $10 is charged on any registration made on or after 1 November.
Late entries will be accepted (with the $10 late fee) up to 8:00am on Race Day. No late entries will be accepted after this time.
Refunds
Upon request, refunds will be made up until 5pm on the Friday prior to the event, minus $10 admin fee. No refunds will be issued after this time. Contact Us.
